- "Client / You / Your"means The local authority, organisation or individual that has entered into an agreement for the use of the Platform.
- "User"means Any individual authorised by the Client to access and use the Platform.
- "Content"means Any data, information or material uploaded, submitted or otherwise made available through the Platform by the Client or its Users.
- "Personal Data"means Has the meaning given in the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
